In 1998, the company expanded its horizons by delving into waste management solutions, tackling waste gas, liquid, and solid waste treatment, hazardous and domestic waste incineration, and flue gas purification. Our 'four-in-one' flue gas purification technology stands as a milestone, ensuring ultra-low emission levels post-incineration. The Rapid Cooling Deacidification Tower is a revolutionary step towards achieving Zero Discharge of wastewater, combining rapid cooling, deacidification, drying, and dust reduction into a seamless process.
2008 marked a significant leap forward with our magnetic (rotary centrifugal) atomizer. This state-of-the-art technology, crafted by our experts, brings unparalleled advantages to the environmental protection and drying industry. Withstanding temperatures up to 1100°C and exhibiting remarkable corrosion and dust particle grinding resistance, this atomizer boasts a clog-free performance with a capacity range of 0.2 to 40t/h, unmatched globally. That same year, we commenced the use of our vertical kiln for incinerating both domestic and industrial solid waste.
In 2005, we introduced a game-changing sludge granulation and drying technology, later honored with the 'Technological Innovation Fund for small and medium-sized technological Enterprises' in 2009, followed by two international patents in 2017. This groundbreaking technology features near 'Zero' abrasion, consuming merely one kilowatt-hour per ton of sludge, thus extending equipment longevity. Its superior 'porosity and large surface area' evaporation process slashes heat consumption to less than 70% of counterparts, translating to significantly reduced operating costs.
In 2018, we pioneered and launched the pyrolysis calcination furnace for sludge particles, alongside the vacuum calcination kiln, enhancing the production of sludge ceramsite and industrial calcination processes. Furthermore, our vertical kiln has been effectively utilized for small-scale sludge projects (≤300t/d), reinforcing our leadership in innovative solutions.
