By 1998, we expanded our expertise to include cutting-edge research and services in the treatment of waste gases, liquid and solid waste, hazardous waste incineration, and flue gas purification. Our pioneering 'four-in-one' rapid cooling flue gas deacidification purification technology achieves unparalleled ultra-low emission incineration of flue gases. Furthermore, this technology allows for the comprehensive treatment of high-salinity wastewater in our Rapid Cooling Deacidification Tower, accomplishing 'rapid cooling, deacidification, drying, and dust reduction', thereby achieving Zero Discharge of wastewater (black water) and ultra-low flue gas emissions.
In 2008, our transformative invention, the magnetic (rotary centrifugal) atomizer, revolutionized the environmental protection and drying industry. It offers exceptional features including temperature resistance up to 1100ºC, formidable corrosion and dust particle grinding resistance, anti-clogging, and atomization capabilities ranging from 0.2 to 40t/h, unmatched by any global competitor. That same year, we pioneered the use of vertical kilns for effective incineration of domestic and industrial solid waste.
In 2005, we introduced an innovative sludge granulation and drying technology, which earned the 'Technological Innovation Fund for Small and Medium-sized Technological Enterprises' in 2009 and gained two international patents in 2017. This groundbreaking technology features almost 'Zero' abrasion, resulting in energy efficiency with power usage of just one kilowatt-hour per ton of sludge, prolonging equipment service life. The remarkable 'porosity and large surface area' allows for heat consumption of less than 70% compared to similar products, significantly reducing operational costs.
By 2018, we expanded our horizons with the development and production of pyrolysis calcination furnaces for sludge particles and vacuum calcination kilns, utilized in sludge ceramsite production, industrial calcination, and baking processes. Additionally, our vertical kilns have been effectively employed in small-scale (≤300t/d) sludge incineration projects.
